Example 2 - Rich Text

One of the longest running limitations of the web has been the lack of text formatting controls. Even the most basic word processor provides controls for changing the font name, size, and style. Beyond that, ordered lists are a must.

By default, browsers have no support for "rich text". About the closest they come is a text area which allows the embedding of HTML tags to format the content. This might work for advanced web users and developers, but it is simply unusable by the average user.

As with the previous example, Dojo has a widget that helps: The Editor. This example will demonstrate how to integrate the Editor widget into a traditional web application.
